Characteristics: Though light blush pink in color this Rosé is nothing short of a full palate, from floral fruits to a rich crisp finish.  Using 100% Cabernet Franc grape gives a well rounded aromatic flavor. Fantastic with seafood, sushi, chicken, or by itself on a terrace during summer.
